Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of coaching/consulting services, there are no refunds. All sessions need to be paid for 24 hours prior to session. If you purchase a series of sessions, you only need to pay as you go for each session. You may cancel future sessions on One on One sessions only. You simply submit in writing a request to cancel future sessions. No refunds will be given for prior sessions. 15 minutes late or no shows result in a forfeit of session. No refunds. You may reschedule 48 hours ahead of any session.
